IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL PARTENTS WHO HAVE USED OR AVAILED OF ASSESSMENT OF NEED PROCESS FROM H.S.E. SINCE SEPTEMBER 1ST 2023.
Please note that we are advising ALL parents who have had their child assessed under assessment of need process from HSE that they should check the assessment summary report, returned to assessment officer, to make sure that if your child has been given an Autism diagnosis that they have been noted as having a disability on said assessment summary report.
We have noted dozens of instances where children, diagnosed with autism, have not been classed as having a disability on said assessment summary report.
